I was seen off by a pair of Canada Geese. Head south past the fishing dock to find the trail head. (24 hours a day) Handicapped Accessible (Free Handicapped Parking) Acreage = 50.0 The Lighthouse Point trail begins at the Bowman Bay parking lot. (West end of Island - County Owned and City Maintained) A or B Parking Permits Accepted or Lee County Parking Permits Accepted or General Parking Fee of $5.00/Hour. This is part of Deception Pass State Park, so there are plenty of facilities, including parking, water, restrooms, a picnic area and campground Camp & Hike at the Deception Pass Headlands, Oak Harborġ700 Bowman's Beach Road, Sanibel, FL 33957. Take an immediate left onto Bowman Bay Road and follow it downhill to the park. After going another quarter mile, the trail forks left and right - choose either direction, as this is the loop you'll return on In 5 miles, turn right onto Rosario Road, at the south end of Pass Lake. This splits left to the Lottie Point Loop Trail, and right to the longer and more scenic Lighthouse Point Trail. Start at the Pass Lake Trailhead, or Bowman Bay Parking Lot, and head south along the Pacific NW Trail. Relaxing trails take off on either side of the bay Bowman Bay/Rosario Beach Trail Hiking Trail, Anacortes With only 20 campsites it always feels intimate even when full. Set in old growth forest with water-view campsites, it's one of Washington's most pristine, tranquil parks. Remember to display your WA Discover Pass if parking Bowman Bay was my childhood family's favorite campground, and for good reason. Large parking lot (exposed) at Bowman Bay and a more modest parking lot (heavily shaded ftw!) at Rosario Head, which fills quickly. NOTE: Parking is $10 or a Discover Pass, good for a year at all Washington State Parks The campgrounds at Bowman Bay appear very popular, kayaks available for rent. Almost immediately (about 200 feet), turn left again at Bowman Bay Rd. Take SR 20 north from Oak Harbor and cross over Deception Pass. I highly recommend following Hwy 20 south through the park and taking it to 525/to Clinton for a lovely drive and a ferry ride over to Mukilteo, if you're going back to the Seattle area To Get to Bowman Bay.

Day Pass parking is $10, if you don't have the annual Discover pass. The Bowman Bay parking area has restrooms and a fun pier. You'll then pick up the trail and follow it up and over a short hill with a guardrail as it's a long drop to the. It immediately crosses a grass section heading north for a short while. Starting from the Bowman Bay parking lot which is in the middle of the trail, you'll find the trailhead in the front right corner if you are facing the water.
